Coming together to practice being from a still-place inside. With the use of asana (posture work), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation we explore and tend the body-mind.

These classes aim to;
- emphasise slowing down our experience, without compromising on building strength or challenging ourselves
- give us a timeless space to enjoy our bodies and breath, enjoy stretching – a ‘body holiday’ to borrow the words of yoga teacher Vanda Scaravelli
- resource and understand ourselves and experience our world with more clarity and balance.
- reduce anxieties, worrying, busy minds and manage stress
- create more space and less tension, achiness and stiffness in the body
