My yoga journey began in 2010. I had just come through a challenging Spring, and yoga became my anchor. I remember walking home from that first class feeling lighter than I ever had before. I joined weekly classes and dove into reading everything I could about yoga as recommended by my excellent first teacher, Shakti Puja.

In 2013, I took a leap and moved to Clare Island, Ireland, to live and work on Macalla Farm, a yoga retreat centre. There, I had the privilege of studying under the guidance of the incredibly talented Ciara Cullen and Christophe Mouze. This experience deepened my practice and understanding of yoga, not only through formal classes but also by immersing myself in their way of living yoga in everyday life. I was fortunate enough to assist in setting up a yoga teacher training program at the farm, which I completed myself in 2021, earning my 250hr certification with the Independent Yoga Network.

A pivotal moment in my yoga journey came when I studied with Rossella Baroncini, a student of the renowned Vanda Scaravelli. Rossella’s approach to the body, breath, spine, and gravity opened my eyes to a deeper, more intuitive way of moving. This deeply-rooted and relational approach to yoga continues to influence my teaching today.

In 2022, I began teaching one-on-one yoga sessions and found immense joy in helping others build their practice. However, when I became pregnant with my daughter in 2023, I paused teaching to focus on my growing family. Pregnancy yoga became a lifeline during this time. The breathing techniques I learned through Rossella were invaluable during childbirth.

My classes aim to provide a calming, supportive space where people can stretch, strengthen, and relax. Whether you’re preparing for labor or simply want to stay active during pregnancy, my approach is gentle, adaptable, and focused on helping you feel your best.

Thank you for visiting, I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your own yoga journey.
