I love teaching individuals on a 1:1 basis as it allows excellent tailoring and crafting to the needs of the student. We begin with conversations to assess the goals of the student; physical, mental and emotional needs can all be taken into account. Depending on the situation we then practice side by side together so that the student isn’t feeling observed all of the time.
